Genuine Original Petcock (some folks call them a Compression Relief Petcock)!
Made of brass, these sure are nice. USA MADE! These screw into each side of your block. You'll open these petcocks when starting your tractor. It lowers the compression and makes it much easier to start. If you are using our high compression pistons in your tractor, these petcocks will make the job of hand starting your tractor much easier. We even open the petcocks on our "GM" when starting it. Even though it's electric start and starts like a dream, with high compression pistons, we like to make it as easy on the starter as we possibly can.
This part is in good original condition and has been inspected for wear. We have cleaned it and has also been pressure tested. It is the original part number AB1898R.
Two (2) are required per tractor but are sold individually. Order only what you need. We just love to save you money!
