This is one of those "must-have" tools. Trust me, if you don't have this tool, then get one. It's probably one of the most affordable tools you'll use as you restore your tractor but the results you achieve while using it will be priceless! What is the first thing you notice about a tractor when you walk up to it at a show? Odds are good it's how nice the sheet metal looks on the tractor. Miss a dent or ding and you'll be mad at yourself for years. That is where this flexible board file comes in so handy. Our flexibile sander was invented to create a flawless finish without spending countless hours sanding. Originally created for the automotive industry, carpenters and hobbyists have found these sanders to be useful tools as well. Not only are they great for the professional, but amateurs have also been doing wonders with them. This sander features a metal base which stiffens it. In other words, you control how much the sander flexes. This sander will pick out lows that your hand or naked eye almost always miss. Trust me, you are going to miss the low spots without this dandy sander. It is very easy to use, simply use any sandpaper of your grit, we prefer PSA (Pressure Sensitive Adhesive). Simply remove the backing paper on the sand paper and adhere to the sander and you are ready to go. To make the job even easier, simply order our sand paper available in 80 or 360 grit. (See our part numbers ST737 and ST738). This flexible sander can be used wet or dry. This sander works great for getting your sheet metal flawless, it's flexible and exactly what you need! This sanding block measures approximately 16" x 2 7/8" x 2" so it uses standard board file paper. This tool is priced right and will save you $$$ because of the time saved!!! We've found this 16" Flexible Sanding Block to be just the right size whether you are working on your hood, fenders or grilles or whatever! Your tractor deserves it!
